How do I order?
First you should enter the conversation with us by using the contact form on the website and discuss the possible details of your project.
How much does your service cost?
The cost of the completed work is estimated individually depending on the text difficulty.
Should I pay first?
Yes. Once we agreed the details of the project, you are consent to pay for the service.
What if I don't want to pay first?
In this case, your order will not be proceeded to work.
How do I pay?
We will send an invoice (executed by PayPal system) to your e-mail, binding you to pay for the certain service. You can easily pay with any types of credit cards.
Is the payment safe?
Yes. We never ask your credit card number via e-mail conversation. Please beware of a fraud! The payment procedure is processing through the PayPal system by sending to a client the invoice. All the sensitive information stays always confidential and none of our representatives have an access to this type of data.

I paid for the order, but then I found a better option. Can I get my money back?
Yes. Every client has a right to reject an order during 24 hours since the project was proceeded to work.
I am not satisfied with work. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not refund your money once the order is done.
How will I receive the refund?
The refund will be sent back to your credit card.
